My shampoo bar broke! Help!
This can happen when your shampoo bar gets too thin or is not properly left to dry in between uses. No worries though, it’s an easy fix! Simply wet the shampoo chunks and squish them back together into any shape you like. It really is that easy!
How should I store my soaps, shampoo bars and conditioner bars?
Soaps, shampoo bars and conditioner bars should be allowed to dry fully between uses to extend their longevity. A soap dish with drain holes is best!
Is your brand eco-friendly?
In our on-going attempts towards sustainability and being more eco-friendly, we do try to avoid using plastic packaging whenever possible. Most of our packaging and shipping supplies are either recyclable, reusable, compostable, or biodegradable.
Why are some of your products wrapped in plastic?
It's actually a biodegradable shrink wrap film! This film uses a special technology that allows it to biodegrade naturally and NOT break up into micro-plastics.
Do you use phthalate-free fragrances?
Yep! All our products are fragranced with either essential oils or phthalate-free fragrances.
Do you use parabens?
All our products that require a preservative (to keep those nasties away from you & the product) are preserved with a non-paraben preservative. However, we would like to note that parabens are completely safe despite the fearmongering that surrounds them. We highly suggest doing additional research from peer-reviewed studies on this topic.
Is Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate listed on your bath products ingredient list safe to use?
Absolutely! SLSa is an eco-certified plant-derived mild surfactant that offers cleansing power without stripping or drying sensitive skin. SLSa is not to be confused with SLS (sodium laureth sulfate)!
Is your palm oil sustainability sourced?
Our supplier is a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil. This is a group that brings together companies that buy from or produce palm oil that is sustainable. Not only do they help to save the environment, but they also strive to give a fair wage to the farmers and to help them farm organically.

Is it normal for my soap/shampoo bar/etc to change color?
Yes! Especially products containing natural colorants, herbs, flowers, or vanilla. Vanilla may brown over time in soaps and creams. Natural colorants have a tendency to also fade over time.
